Every day Outfielder. Interesting. As if Healthy Boesch/Jackson/Ordonez are the every day outfielders.

Makes you wonder why the Twins would give up on him so quick and trade him to one of their biggest divisional rivals. I know he can be very good. He had a good year last year but seems to have struggled this year. Of course, the whole Twins team has struggled. He will be in the lineup tonight playing in left.

The Ticket is saying they think Ordonez is gonna be out of here

Ordonez is the most likely candidate. This has to be a money move, because the kid Detroit gave up hasn't done anything this year.

All the talent in the world, he's just been hurt all year. He hit almost .300 last year. Good player but it makes you wonder why two teams gave up on him.

Or maybe they're planning to use 4 outfielders for the rest of the season

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think he can play in the playoffs, provided we make it.

there are 2 trade deadlines in the MLB

Non-waiver, and waiver. The non-waiver deadline is first, its what just hit. The Waiver trade deadline is i think late september. Thats the roster cut off. You can still claim people off of waivers, but they are ineligble to play in the play-offs.
