Michigan's preseason Schedule

I think Hoke did a really good job last year, and has done a really good job in recruiting (despite OSU hiring that pariah Urban Meyer)

But with an opener vs Alabama (at a theoretically neutral site) and closer of at ND, they could play really well in the preseason and enter the BIG10 portion of the schedule with a 2-2 record...

I just wonder how the fair weather fans will feel then? Personally I am in for the long haul... They gave RichRod 3 years, they can at least give Hoke that much time....

I dont think anyone could fault the team (or Hoke) if they lose to Alabama. People may not like Notre Dame but it is possible. I think people would be more upset with a loss to Airforce or Umass.

I see us going into the Big 10 season atleast 3-1 or 2-2 but as long as its not worse then that im sure it will be fine.

That's my guess how it plays out. ND is due and Bama is Bama.

Hopefully Robinson has a miracle or two left

It would also be great if he became an accurate passer.....

I agree with both of you. I think they could see a fallback this year, but there is talent and depth coming that should help Big Blue retake it's place near the top of all non-SEC schools.

UM starting to really rack up the recruits. The latest today Ben Gedeon #8 inside linebacker in the country. An Ohioan. Urban offered but was denied.12 of UMs 17 recruits so far are in the Scout top 250. No doubts left about Hoke's ability to recruit.
