Pumping up an "almost" win is a losers mentality.

Bloodwingz is a Michigan football fan. It's what they do.

Hey..................I was being nothing but complimentary. I watched most of the game & was impressed how State was hanging tough against the #1 ranked team in the country.

I might be a Michigan fan but I appreciate good competition no matter who it is.

I'm really not the big MSU hater like others here despite my "funny" Spartans football links which were just a swipe at StillSomeGuy and his "obsession" of Michigan hate.

Oooooooo, thank you. We Spartys just get all squishy inside when our arrogant Big Brother pats us on the head and gives up props in something.

Kinda like the "squishy in your pants" you get devoting all your free time to the Michgan hate treads over here.

Where would you post if Matt didn't have this format?

Call it what you want.

I choose to call it poisoning the Kool-Aid that all you Walmart Wolvies like to drink, put out by the propagandists in A2.

Speaking of Michigan flavored Kool-aid, I notice nobody had any comebacks to all the links I posted showing the criminal problems UM football players have had under Lloyd and how he treated the Marlin Jackson and David Terrell situations no differently than how other coaches in the country treat their star players.

Yeah, but I love those 'Michigan Values" they keep talking about in A2 and how Lloyd was a more-principled coach relative to his peers.

DRINK!!!

As for Big Brother, football season is essentially over. Time to break out the NIT banners.

Oh, wait, before I leave football...

Michigan State was in it to the very end of every B10 game they lost this year, never losing by more than seven points. Is a 7-5 record up to typical UM standards? Of course not (except in 2005).

Is it a big improvement over recent teams that would collapse after the season’s first disappointing loss, getting blown out in most of their remaining games? Of course it is. Only a Walmart Wolverine would fail to see that.

Although I doubt MSU’s football program will ever again rise to the status it once was, all I can say is that Walmart Wolvies and legitimate Michigan Men better hope Bill and Mary Sue make the wise and correct decision.
The wrong guy could mean Michigan dropping for awhile (ala Nebraska, Florida State and Notre Dame of recent years) until they find the correction, which would certainly make for fun times at UM-MSU games in the next several out years.

The situation in A2 is ripe for Dantonio’s “Pride comes before the fall” to become prophetic to more than just Mike Hart.

Best of luck, Bill and Mary Sue…

By the way, got a comeback to what I proved with news links about the fallacy that is Lloyd's legacy?

“Those who stay will be champions (well, not so much, recently).”

“Those who don't stay will become…..convicts.”

I'll give you credit, at least you admit you follow college basketball, too.

Regarding UM-MSU, when the topic gets around to MSU hoops, almost all WWs say, "I don't care about basketball. I only care about football."

LOL! Yeah, no kidding.

SSG, the way you seem to turn every thread into a commentary on Michigan football and "Walmart Wolvies" is bordering on obsessive. I'm starting to you you harbor a deep, secret jealousy of Ann Arbor.
Plagiarising GDTs since 2007.

Carpe Diem!
