Jurco has started the playoffs on fire. He has 3 goal, 8 assists and 11 points in the four game sweep of Cape Breton. I don't think this kid needs to spend another year in juniors. Get him to GR A.S.A.P.

Isn't he still 19? I don't think they can put him in AHL yet.

As ong as he turns 20 before the end of 2012 he can play for the Griffs next year, he turns 20 in December, he will play for the Griffs next year if he doesn't make the Wings

Actually, I believe they can. He turns 20 in December of 2012, which makes him eligible to be placed in the AHL. If he turned 20 in 2013, then you would be correct. I am pretty sure about this, but don't have any link for support. Could be wrong.
